Sun 2500
The long distance tour of the entire French Coastline by a Sun 2500 has been completed. The bright yellow swing keel version, known as “Le P'tit Jaune” and sponsored by French sailing magazine “Voiles & Voiliers” has taken three years to tour the whole coast and many French Rivers. A 300 page book full of fantastic images of the journey has just been published.
A competition to win Le P'tit Jaune attracted over 350 entries and the joint winners were announced at the 2007 Paris Boat Show.
Philippe and Lili Guisset and their two children, Alice and Louis, will take a one year sabbatical to discovery of shores of Mediterranean Sea. Then Phillippe and Lili will donate Le P'tit Jaune to association " Les Alizés ". that provides sailing breaks for disadvantaged the young people. The association " Les Alizés " was established by Philippe and Maryse Tesson in Montjean-sur-Loire and the Sun 2500 will be a valuable addition to the associations aging Jeanneau Fantasia.
